I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating the impact of trauma, attachment wounds, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and negative core beliefs.


My approach combines evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, somatic approaches, attachment-focused therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.


I take a structured yet collaborative approach to therapy. Sessions are designed to help you better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, regulate your nervous system, and build practical tools that support meaningful, sustainable change.

Trauma therapy does not require you to relive every detail of your past. Together, we move at a pace that feels supportive, thoughtful, and aligned with your goals.

Initial Assessment

Early sessions focus on gaining a comprehensive understanding of your experiences, goals, emotional patterns, relationships, life history, and current challenges. I use evidence-based assessments to help build a clearer picture of your mental health and experiences.

Ongoing Therapy Sessions

Sessions are collaborative, goal-focused, and tailored to your needs. Therapy may focus on emotional regulation, nervous system responses, attachment patterns, relationships, self-esteem, trauma processing, communication, boundaries, and developing practical coping strategies.
