Anxiety Therapy in Toronto, Ontario

Anxiety can make it difficult to fully relax, slow your thoughts down, or feel present in your daily life.

You may constantly overthink conversations, worry about the future, feel emotionally overwhelmed, struggle with perfectionism, avoid uncomfortable situations, or feel stuck in cycles of stress and self-doubt. Anxiety can also show up physically through tension, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, irritability, racing thoughts, or feeling constantly “on edge.”

Over time, anxiety can begin to affect relationships, work, confidence, emotional regulation, and your overall sense of well-being.

You want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and responses.

Anxiety often affects much more than your mood. It can impact your health, relationships, career, and overall well-being.

Therapy helps you break free from unhelpful patterns so you can spend less time surviving and more time fully engaging in your life.

Anxiety Therapy for Adults in Toronto and Across Ontario

I provide anxiety therapy for adults experiencing overwhelm, chronic stress, emotional burnout, overthinking, social anxiety, perfectionism, nervous system dysregulation, and persistent worry.

My approach combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, Polyvagal Theory, somatic work, attachment-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we work to better understand the underlying patterns contributing to anxiety while building practical coping tools and emotional regulation strategies.

Therapy is not only focused on symptom management. Sessions may also explore how anxiety connects to relationships, past experiences, self-esteem, boundaries, attachment patterns, emotional regulation, and the nervous system.
