ADHD Support in Toronto, Ontario
Living with ADHD as an adult can feel exhausting, frustrating, and misunderstood, especially when it impacts nearly every part of your life.
You may struggle with focus, procrastination, emotional regulation, time management, overwhelm, impulsivity, forgetfulness, burnout, or difficulty following through on tasks. ADHD can also affect relationships, self-esteem, work performance, communication, and the way you view yourself.
For many adults, especially those diagnosed later in life, ADHD can come with grief, shame, self-criticism, or years of believing they were lazy, unintelligent, or “not trying hard enough.”
You want to better understand how your brain works, feel less overwhelmed, and develop strategies that actually support the way you function.
ADHD Therapy for Adults in Toronto and Across Ontario
I provide ADHD therapy for adults navigating the emotional, relational, and practical impacts of ADHD. As a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider who also has ADHD, I bring both specialized clinical training and personal understanding to this work.
I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, emotional regulation strategies, attachment-focused work, and trauma-informed care.
My approach goes beyond surface-level coping tools. Together, we explore how ADHD affects your identity, relationships, nervous system, work, emotional responses, habits, and self-perception, while developing practical strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your life.
