Depression Therapy in Toronto, Ontario

Depression can feel isolating, exhausting, and difficult to explain to the people around you.

You may feel emotionally numb, disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by hopelessness or self-criticism, emotionally exhausted, unmotivated, or stuck in patterns that feel difficult to change. Tasks that once felt manageable may now feel overwhelming, and it can become hard to find energy, enjoyment, or connection in daily life.

Depression does not always look the way people expect it to. Sometimes it appears as burnout, irritability, emotional shutdown, perfectionism, avoidance, or feeling like you are simply “getting through” each day.

You want to feel more connected to yourself, regain a sense of purpose and stability, and move through life with more clarity, energy, and self-understanding.

Therapy provides support, insight, and practical tools to help you move forward.

Depression therapy is an investment in your well-being, relationships, and future. When you're struggling with depression, even simple tasks can feel exhausting, and it can be difficult to imagine things improving.

Depression Therapy for Adults in Toronto and Across Ontario

I provide depression therapy for adults experiencing low mood, hopelessness, emotional exhaustion, self-criticism, burnout, disconnection, and difficulty coping with daily life.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, somatic work, Polyvagal Theory, attachment-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we work to better understand the emotional patterns, experiences, beliefs, and nervous system responses contributing to depression while building practical tools and meaningful coping strategies.

Therapy is collaborative, structured, and tailored to your goals. Sessions may focus on emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, negative core beliefs, coping patterns, boundaries, burnout, and reconnecting with the parts of life that feel important to you.

My goal is not simply symptom reduction. I aim to help clients develop deeper self-understanding, greater emotional awareness, and sustainable changes that support long-term well-being.
