Couples Therapy in Toronto, Ontario

Relationships can begin to feel disconnected when communication breaks down, conflict becomes repetitive, or both partners feel misunderstood, unheard, or emotionally distant.

You may find yourselves having the same arguments over and over again, struggling to communicate effectively, feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, or having difficulty rebuilding trust and connection. Sometimes couples wait until problems feel overwhelming before reaching out for support, while others want to strengthen their relationship before issues continue to grow.

Seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially if one or both partners worry about being blamed, judged, or misunderstood during the therapy process.

You want to feel more connected, communicate more effectively, and better understand each other’s experiences, needs, and patterns.

A healthy relationship impacts nearly every area of life, including mental health, parenting, work performance, physical well-being, and overall happiness.

Investing in your relationship now can help create a stronger, more fulfilling partnership for years to come.

Couples Therapy for Adults in Toronto and Across Ontario

I provide structured, evidence-based couples therapy for adults navigating communication challenges, conflict, emotional disconnection, trust concerns, relationship stress, and recurring patterns within their relationship.

My work is informed by Level 1 and 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy training, along with trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and emotional regulation approaches. Sessions focus on helping couples better understand relationship dynamics, strengthen communication, improve conflict resolution, and rebuild emotional connection.

My approach is collaborative, balanced, and non-judgmental. I understand that many individuals, particularly men, may feel hesitant about couples therapy due to concerns about being blamed or “ganged up on.” My role is to support both partners in understanding patterns, improving communication, and working toward healthier interactions together.
