Trauma can leave you feeling stuck in survival mode — overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, disconnected, or constantly on edge. Even when the danger has passed, your nervous system may still feel unsafe.

Therapy can help you better understand these reactions and begin rebuilding a sense of safety, stability, and control.

Using a trauma-informed and polyvagal-informed approach, I help you make sense of what your mind and body have been carrying. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and manageable while building tools to help you feel more grounded and regulated in daily life.

How I Help

Depending on your needs, therapy may include:

* Nervous system regulation and grounding strategies
* Somatic therapy to reconnect with your body safely
* Mindfulness and distress tolerance skills
* Emotion regulation support
* Exploring trauma-related beliefs and patterns
* Building a greater sense of safety, resilience, and self-trust

My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and more connected to yourself so healing feels possible — not overwhelming.
