RELATIONSHIPS
I've worked with many clients looking to improve their relationships.
As humans, we have an innate biological need to connect with others.
I also worked for many years in social services, facilitating and creating curriculum for groups for men and women charged with domestic violence and domestic violence survivors.
My Approach
I approach all clients with empathy and compassion. My experience working in domestic violence has taught me that most men and women who engage in emotional or physical abuse are not inherently bad people. Instead, they may be caught in unhealthy relationships or harmful patterns; they could have unresolved trauma, or they may not have learned how to manage and express their emotions effectively. If you are open to change, I will support you without judgment.
Common Relationship Issues
